Mr. Williams is a shareholder in the firm and earned his J.D. degree at Duquesne University School of Law where he was a member of the Duquesne Law Review. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University. Mr. Williams was formerly a senior trial attorney with the Office of District Counsel, Department of the Treasury, in Newark, New Jersey. He has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University Shool of Law where he taught Civil and Criminal Tax Procedure. Mr. Williams is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court, and is a member of the the Bars of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has lectured frequently before professional and business groups in the area of federal tax procedures and is a current lecturer for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.  Mr. Williams is a member of the Camden County Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association.  Mr. Williams' particular areas of expertise include professional corporations, shareholder agreements and employment contracts for professionals, civil and criminal tax litigation and tax procedure, will contests, and shareholder disputes.
