Professor Kulzer acts as counsel to the firm. She was a full Professor of Law at the Rutgers University School of Law where she has also served as Associate Dean. She earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and her LL.B. degree at the Rutgers University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude and was an associate editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Professor Kulzer earned her LL.M. at Columbia University and is the author of numerous articles published in law journals and legal periodicals.
