Ms. Nowlen is an associate with the firm and earned her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University and her J.D. cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and awarded the John C. O'Byrne Award for excellence in the study of taxation.

Ms. Nowlen served as the American Bar Association's National Student Director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program while at the University of Georgia.

She is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey. Ms. Nowlen is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association, and the Burlington County Bar Association.
