Mr. Kenney is a shareholder with the firm and is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation at New York University.

He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Florida.

Mr. Kenney is a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida Bar Associations.

In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Kenney is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves as a Trustee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Kenney is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Camden Catholic High School.  He is on the Finance Committee for the Alzheimer's Assocation Delaware Valley Chapter and the Girls Scouts of Camden County, New Jersey, Inc.

Mr. Kenney's particular areas of expertise include estate planning, estate administration, corporate tax planning, commercial transactions and tax planning for business owners.
