Mr. Kulzer is the founding shareholder of the firm.

Mr. Kulzer earned his J.D. degree at the Rutgers University School of Law, where he was awarded the Prentice Hall Award for outstanding performance in the area of taxation.  He earned his LL.M. in Taxation at New York University.

In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Kulzer is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He frequently lectures to business and professional groups in the areas of federal and state taxation and has taught accounting, taxation and business law in undergraduate and graduate programs at Rutgers University.  Mr. Kulzer has published various articles for The New Jersey Law Journal.

He has served as President of the Camden County Bar Association and is a former Chairman of the Camden County Bar Association's Section of Taxation.  In addition, Mr. Kulzer served as past President of the Camden County Bar Foundation.

He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Kulzer's particular areas of expertise include estate planning, corporate taxation and business planning.
