Mr. Warren is a shareholder with the firm and a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and was awarded the Prentice Hall Award for outstanding performance in the area of taxation. While attending Rutgers University School of Law, Mr. Warren was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.

Mr. Warren is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and is a member of the Bars of the State of New Jersey, and Florida and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Warren is also a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvaniaand a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He is the past Chairman of the Camden County Bar Association's Section of Taxation. Mr. Warren is also a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Warren's particular areas of expertise include criminal and civil tax controversy matters, income tax planning, business and corporate planning, shareholder agreements and business succession issues and worker classification disputes.
